8. Subscription & Billing

Faith Explorer Premium (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

Name: Faith Explorer Premium

Durations & Pricing: Monthly subscription ($4.99 USD) or Annual subscription ($39.99 USD)

Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation & Refunds: You can manage or cancel the subscription any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Refunds (if any) are handled by Apple, subject to Apple's refund policy.

Post-Cancellation Access: After cancellation, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of the current paid period. After that, access reverts to the free tier.

Free vs Premium Features

Free Tier includes:

• 10 AI search queries with analysis per month
• 100 messages to the AI chat features per month
• Access to religious texts and basic features

Premium Tier includes:

• Unlimited AI search queries with analysis
• Unlimited messages to the AI chat features
• Full access to all app features

Upon cancellation or subscription expiration, your account will automatically revert to the free tier with the above-mentioned limits (10 AI searches and 100 AI chat messages per month).

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Educational Purpose

Faith Explorer is designed for educational and informational purposes. We do not:

• Provide religious counseling or spiritual guidance
• Endorse any particular religious interpretation
• Replace consultation with qualified religious authorities
• Guarantee theological accuracy of AI responses

9.2 App Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the app
• Error-free operation at all times
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Availability of all features in all regions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Explorer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Religious or spiritual consequences of app usage
• Third-party content or external links

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Faith Explorer at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
